Sonal Master
Sonal joined Sainty Hird & Partners in 2024. She works across a range of executive and non-executive searches, research projects, succession planning, and compensation studies focusing on the UK, Lloyd’s, and International markets.
Prior to joining Sainty Hird & Partners, Sonal worked at MWM, the boutique executive search firm. She began her career at Lintstock, the London-based board advisory business, having secured a First-Class Honours degree in Politics, Philosophy and Law (LLB) from King’s College London.
