What impact does your personality have on collaboration with others? What does your personality do to your reputation?
How you are perceived largely determines how successful you will be in a role. It is not your personality per se, but your personality in the context of a team and organization. A Hogan Assessment is not how you see yourself (“Identity”), but how other people experience you (“Reputation”) and the impact this has not only on your collaboration with others, but also on the impact of your behaviour on organisational culture. Hogan Assessments also predict potential risks, i.e. where and when is a leader likely to exhibit dysfunctional behaviour.

Cognitive tests describe reasoning style. They help us understand a person's ability to evaluate sets of data, make decisions, solve problems, and avoid repeating past mistakes. The Hogan 360 is a world class multi-rater assessment that captures a manager’s workplace brand as seen typically by boss, peers and direct reports. Combining the Hogan 360 with the Hogan personality assessments captures the complete person. The 360 captures the ‘what’ (i.e. a person’s performance and reputation at a given point in time) and the personality assessments explain the ‘why’ (i.e. why certain behaviours are being displayed).
