Justin focuses on advisory, assessment and search assignments for connectivity, digital infrastructure and technology. With a focus on board and c-suite roles, Justin works with businesses across the growth curve, from high growth companies, backed by venture and private equity investors, to international listed businesses. Recent projects include multiple CEO appointments, NED hiring and other C-suite roles. Justin is based in London and works with clients across Europe, ME and Africa.

Prior to joining Sainty Hird & Partners, he was Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry's Mobile and Communications practice for EMEA as well as a member of their Global Marketing Officer practice. Previously he was the Managing Partner of Loudon Partners and Managing Director at Ridgeway Partners. He began his career in search at Odgers Berndtson.

Justin holds a degree in Philosophy and Theology from Durham University.
