Justin Gilbert
Justin has over twenty years' deep domain expertise in executive search and leadership development, advising clients on business-critical board, C-suite and executive-level appointments in the global technology and telco industries. His most recent work has focused on the movement of talent between incumbents and disruptors.
Prior to joining Sainty Hird & Partners, he was Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry’s EMEA Mobile and Communications practice, as well as leading the UK Technology practice. Previously, he was Managing Partner at Loudon Partners, and Managing Director at Ridgeway Partners. He began his career in search at Odgers Berndston.
Justin holds a degree in Philosophy and Theology from Durham University.
