JP joined Sainty Hird in 2020 and leads the HR Practice with a focus on senior HR, People, Culture and Process roles including COO, Chief of Staff and Communications.
JP has 20 years' experience in executive search and recruitment, having previously built out the senior search offering of a global HR recruitment specialist. He has delivered on mandates across financial, professional & software services including Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, FinTech, Insurance, Re-Insurance, Technology, Consulting, Law Firms and Audit Firms.
JP holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Plymouth. He is also fully Hogan-qualified, and conducts in-depth assessments of candidates, executive teams and/or board members on behalf of clients.
