Jess Jarrold

Jess is an Executive Coach who focuses on helping inter-generational leaders successfully attract, build and retain high performing teams.

She was previously a Global Director of Client Success and ​Commercial Operations in media and tech. She worked in both the corporate and the start-up world, ​leading high performing teams at a publishing giant to ​then scaling a global function in an ad tech business.

Jess has completed the PCEC at Henley Business School and has a BA in English Literature from the University of Exeter.
