Freddie joined Sainty Hird & Partners in 2020. He has worked on a wide range of executive and non-executive searches, market research projects, succession planning and compensation studies, focusing on the UK, Lloyd's and international markets.
Before joining Sainty Hird & Partners, Freddie worked at The PC Agency, a luxury travel PR consultancy. He has a degree in Ancient History from The University of Nottingham.
