Barney Loader
Barney joined Sainty Hird & Partners in November 2022 as a Consultant and is responsible for expanding the Equity Derivatives and Cross Asset QIS business with a select number of sell-side and buy-side institutions across EMEA and North America.
Prior to this he spent six years at a boutique executive search firm, where he built the Equity Derivatives & QIS franchise, placing mid-senior level individuals into front office sales, structuring and trading positions.
Barney graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
