Alex Williams
Alex joined Sainty Hird & Partners in 2020, having previously run the Equities practice at Pelham International from 2002. He has worked in executive search since 2000 and started his career at The Rose Partnership.
Alex focuses on research, sales and trading in both cash equities (high and low touch) and derivatives. He has been responsible for multiple team moves and has helped several leading banks to build and develop their teams in the UK and Europe. With over 450 people placed, successful searches include Global Heads of Research, Heads of Equities, Listed Derivatives, Corporate Equity Derivatives and numerous other functional roles.
