Sainty Hird & Partners becomes a Certified B Corporation™

London, December 2023: Sainty Hird & Partners, the executive search and assessment firm, today announced that it has become a Certified B Corporation™ (B Corp™).

By becoming a B Corp™, Sainty Hird joins a global community of for-profit leaders pledging to use business as a force for good. Joining this community is testament to Sainty Hird’s commitment to accountability, transparency and being a leader in the executive search and assessment space.

The non-profit organization B Lab oversees the B Corp™ verification process, which evaluates a company's social and environmental performance. To attain Certified B Corporation™ status, businesses undergo a rigorous examination of how their operations and business model affect their employees, customers, communities, and the environment. Achieving a minimum verified score on the B Impact Assessment is a prerequisite for certification.

The processes to become a B Corp™ took Sainty Hird over a year, and its accreditation will be reviewed every three years to update its impact assessment and recertify as a B Corp™.
